While Sarah Palin was mayor of Wasilla the town charged rape victims for emergency-room rape kits and the post rape examinations. This disgusts me that this would take place anywhere, but especially in a state like Alaska where the rape rate is TWICE THE NATIONAL AVERAGE. This story has not been debunked.
